If the e-mail address you have received the “newsletter” on has been forwarded, please inform us of any forwarded mail addresses.

For example a newsletter gets sent to john.smith@example.com this address is a forwarder and the newsletter is re-directed to john.smith@hotmail.com therefore when you send an “unsubscribe” mail for us to remove you we have no record of john.smith@hotmail.com and our servers cannot remove you.

It is possible that our records contain an address which is acting as a forwarder to your current address.

If you could include any possible addresses you may think are acting as forwarders then this will help us to unsubscribe you successfully.
